Resource Fair

Huge thank you to all of the partners who showed up for harm reduction and reproductive justice at our reproductive justice and harm reduction open hours, and an extra thank you to our badass host and OWA member Kaseyy Badgley of Unharming Ohio for bringing us together! We partnered with Unharming Ohio, Planned Parenthood, NARAL, Women Have Options, Preterm of Cleveland, Equitas Health, and the OCTOPUS Trans community group to bring together a comprehensive resource fair for East Liverpool, an Appalachian town that has been hit hard by Ohio’s opioid crisis. Organizations offered free educational material, free swag, raffle prizes, food, and more! Attendees learned about reproductive and harm reduction options in East Liverpool and across Ohio and met incredible organizations offering free emergency contraceptives, condoms, clean supplies and Narcan. Over 50 people attended in a town of 9,000. A few folks were even registered to vote!
