Fighting COVID-19

Ohio Women's Alliance came together in partnership with OhioHealth and IMPACT Community Action to receive COVID -19 information & vaccines and in-home COVID- 19 test kits. We created a festive, inclusive, nonjudgemental environment with food trucks, hot cocoa, trunk or treats, and give-aways to connect our community with critical resources to fight back against the global pandemic.

These events were a no-harm/stigma-free environment where we come together to talk about the virus, its impact on our communities, and how we plan to protect ourselves against COVID-19. We hosted several incredible events featuring elected officials, trusted community partners and medical professionals.
