Join Ohio Women's Alliance and Coach Ashley Pryor for an evening workout to get your blood pumping and your feet moving! Find joy in moving and enjoy the rush of endorphins you may be needing during this time of global uncertainty.

Fitness is Ashley’s form of social justice- body positivity, inclusion, and access to affordable competent trainers for communities who don’t normally see themselves in instruction. She became a group fitness instructor and personal trainer to encourage others and serve as a mirror. 1.) There aren’t very many Women of Color leading or taking group fitness classes. 2.) There’s a societal notion that to serve in these roles you can’t be curvy. 3.) to motivate other people to never limit themselvesThis is energetic strength training sweat session will get your heart rate up while you groove to the beat. You’ll learn choreographed routines for total body strength training while having fun. Each movement is synced to the music to keep you motivated. Grab your water bottle, towel, and let’s get moving. All fitness levels welcomed!
